Very generic high but good for sleep. Disappointing results for pain relief. Does provide a little but not much & likely not noticeable for higher levels of pain. Given how long Swifts last, it would be great if they figured out a formula that works for pain.

This product and few others have been used to go along with pain medicine I'm in the hospital or care facility for right now cause my body is covered in huge blisters cause of vitamin D deficiency and blood infection the infection caused the blisters have been in pain cause of it so much that I was in tears they help
