I purchased this for my Mom, who is 80 and has Alzheimer's and extreme anxiety. Her doctor recommended a product that was 1:1. It has been VERY helpful in the afternoon/evening when she normally has "sundowners". It just lets her relax and enjoy the other residents at her memory care versus having hysterical meltdowns.
